We stand behind the quality of every fitness band. Here’s what to expect for replacements and warranty coverage.

Final Sale Policy

All fitness band purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once the order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your fitness band arrives defective or damaged, we’ll provide a free replacement.

To qualify:

  • The defect must be related to manufacturing or functionality.
  • You may be asked to provide photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • Replacements will be sent once the issue is verified by our support team.

Limited 12-Month Warranty

All fitness bands are covered by a limited 12-month warranty from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period and your claim is approved, we will replace the product at no cost. If the original model is unavailable, a comparable replacement will be provided.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Water damage beyond the device's rated water resistance.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Lost or stolen items.

How to Submit a Claim

To report a defect or request a replacement:

  1. Email customerservice@innosupps.com
  2. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Attach photos or a short video if available

Note: You are responsible for shipping the defective product to us. We'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
