Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open only to approved TikTok Shop Affiliates who are legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Inno Supps are not eligible.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a refundable sample will not increase your chances of winning. If you choose to purchase a sample, TikTok Shop will automatically refund the cost of that sample after your first eligible sale.
  • Participants must join the official Inno Supps Discord channel to be eligible. Access may be denied at Inno Supps’ discretion if content or conduct violates company or platform policies.
  • This contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

  • The contest begins on October 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.
  • Only GMV generated during this time period will be counted toward prize eligibility.
  • Participants must make their first qualifying TikTok post by October 18, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, participants may:

  • Post shoppable TikTok videos
  • Host live shopping streams
  • Generate GMV through their TikTok Shop Showcase

Participants must tag official Inno Supps TikTok Shop product listings in all qualifying content.

Commission Earnings: Affiliates earn a 40% commission on all qualifying Inno Supps sales during the contest period. Commissions will be paid out by TikTok Shop directly.

All content must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Inno Supps’ brand guidelines.

Inno Supps reserves the right to deny anyone admission to the Discord group for any reason. Only compliant content will qualify.

4. Prize Redemption & Notification

To claim a prize, participants must email to hannah@innosupps.com between November 1–4, 2025 (no later than 11:59 PM PST on November 4, 2025).

  • TikTok handle
  • TikTok profile link
  • Full name
  • Screenshot clearly showing GMV generated
  • Screenshot verifying their member name in the official Inno Supps Discord channel

Incomplete submissions or those received after the deadline will not be eligible. All GMV generated by combined accounts belonging to the same individual will count. Accounts or posts using generative AI are not eligible.

Prizes will be awarded based on the highest GMV tier achieved by the end of the contest period.

Inno Supps is not responsible for notifying or reminding affiliates to redeem prizes due to the high volume of participants.

5. Target Tiers & Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top three affiliates based on total GMV generated during the contest period (October 14–31, 2025).

Winners will be determined in descending order of GMV — the highest GMV total will receive First Place, the second-highest will receive Second Place, and the third-highest will receive Third Place.

Each winner will have the option to receive the prize listed or the cash alternative:

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Inno Supps reserves the right to substitute a prize with a cash equivalent or another item of equal or lesser value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Content Requirements and Policy

All posts must be original content created by the participant.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Profanity, nudity, or hate speech
  • False or misleading claims
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, music, or trademarks
  • Any use of AI-generated video, image, or audio

FTC Disclosure: Participants must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using “#ad” or “#sponsored”).

7. Contest Winner Notification and Prize Terms

  • Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more must submit an IRS Form W-9 before receiving their prize.
  • Inno Supps will report prize values to the IRS via Form 1099-NEC as required by law.
  • Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Disqualification

Inno Supps reserves the right to disqualify participants for:

  • Misrepresentation of GMV or fraudulent behavior (e.g., self-purchasing)
  • Violation of TikTok or Inno Supps policies
  • Use of bots, spam tactics, or fake engagement
  • Failure to meet contest requirements

9. Publicity Rights

By entering, participants grant Inno Supps the right to use their TikTok username, content, likeness, and GMV results for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Inno Supps is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
  • Errors in TikTok Shop tracking or reporting
  • Technical issues, platform outages, or prize fulfillment delays
  • Damages, injuries, or losses from participation or prize use
  • Lost or stolen prize packages

All TikTok Shop data and commissions are provided “as is” and subject to TikTok’s systems and policies.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and prize fulfillment, in accordance with Inno Supps’ Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inno Supps, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or losses related to contest participation or content.

13. Force Majeure

Inno Supps shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or platform outages.

14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from this contest will be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Participants agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.

15. Modifications & Termination

Inno Supps reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok.

16. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
